If you post a rental ad to www.SanDiegoRentalAds.com, all contact information provided by you for use in the ad, such as your name, phone number and email address will be publicly posted on our site to facilitate the rental of your property.  Apart from using your contact information in your rental ad, we will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with/to anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.  We will use your contact information only as it pertains to the maintenance of your ad(s).  This policy was created on August 23, 2008.
